SHIPPING DATE & ADDRESS
After you have ordered you will receive an order confirmation from us. All our products are handmade and your order will be processed by our OWN craftsmen. Therefore, take into account a 5-day delivery deadline + shipping.
The delivery address is by default the billing address. If you prefer to ship your order to another address (for example, at work or do you want to send someone a gift), you can indicate this when you place your order.
Once your SPEKLAB® is ready, we will send it immediately, so you may also have your order much earlier. The progress of your order can be tracked through track & trace.
Follow international shipping
Go to Int. Parceltracking. Select your country and enter the barcode. Then click on “Find Package.“ The information will now appear on your screen.
If you’re not at home:
Are you not at home when the postal service deliver your package? Then they try to deliver it as standard to your immediate neighbors. Does this not work? Then the seller will leave a message for you. You will find a ‘not at home code’: This code allows you to indicate the same day until 22:00 where you want the package to be shipped the second time.
To prepare, check and deliver the order, you will pay a contribution. An indication of the shipping costs can be found in the delivery service menu: (Displayed only on desktop & tablet)
Additional Shipping Information
- The amounts in the delivery service menu are guidelines. There are regular actions and tests with lower or no shipping costs and similar items sometimes fall into another group.
- In the shopping cart you will see what your order’s shipping cost will be. If you order items from multiple groups, you only pay the shipping costs of the items from the highest price range of your order.
- If SPEKLAB® delivers your order in multiple times, for any reason, we will of course pay the additional costs.
